A tradition that dates back to the roots of the Brady family means that the recently renovated EU Approved abattoir is at the heart of Bradys Butchers.

Located on site, our locally sourced, grass-fed beef is slaughtered by our expert team weekly.  A 28 day hanging process ensues in optimal conditions, ensuring maximum tenderness and flavour, offering you a truly traceable experience from farm to fork.
